We are currently looking for enthusiastic, values driven people to join our Harrogate based Supported Living team.

  • Community Support Worker:    The role will include supporting people to access activities within the local community, to enjoy a happy, safe and healthy lifestyle, manage their tenancies and maintain and develop relationships. Salary starting from £11.70 per hour, plus additional enhancements. The position will include working some evenings and weekends. If you have a caring nature, a positive attitude, are interested in a job which gives you the opportunity to make a real difference to peoples’ lives and are looking for new challenges and good career opportunities we would be interested to hear from you. Previous experience of working with learning disabilities is required and working with complex needs is advantageous, but is less important than your personal qualities, as you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support. A full valid UK driving licence is required.

 

  • Waking Night Support Worker:  Part-time waking-night position (20 hrs p/w). Hourly rate from £11.70 p/h (plus enhancements). Working two nights per week (Thursday & Friday) 10:30pm-8:30am, with opportunities for occasional weekend and holiday cover.

 

  • Senior Support Worker:      Salary starting from £27,872 p/a (based on 40 hours) – plus additional enhancements. The successful candidate will have a firm commitment to providing an exceptional service to the people we support in a way which promotes the principles of self-directed support, inclusion, choice, independence and enables them to achieve their goals and aspirations in life. The post holder will have a positive attitude, good interpersonal and organisational skills, be capable of providing support and supervision to the team, and ensure that the highest quality of support is maintained throughout the service.  Brief outline of duties includes:· To create and maintain effective person-centered support plans and risk assessments.· To provide advice and support to the staff team, and act as a positive role model.· To monitor services to ensure that the standards required by IntegraCare and statutory authorities are being maintained.· To liaise with families and health and social care professionals involved in the lives of the people we support.The post will include evening and weekend work, and participation in IntegraCare’s out of hours on-call rota.
